🐾 Dog-Friendly Stay We welcome dogs on a case-by-case basis to help ensure the best fit for the home and future guests. The standard allowance is one dog per stay, with approval possible for a second dog in certain instances. Dogs must be at least 1 year old, fully potty trained, and well-behaved. Pet fee is included for one dog at booking as long as one pet is chosen, along with the number of guests. A separate $25/stay pet fee will be charged after booking for a second dog, based on approval and must be paid prior to check-in. Please include details about your dog(s) when booking so we can review and approve your stay accordingly. For the comfort and safety of all guests and to align with community regulations, certain breeds are not permitted. One medium-sized kennel and food bowl set is available at the property for use. Please keep pets off the furniture and bedding. For potty breaks, there is a small grassy area on the property, and a dog park just ½ mile away that’s perfect for burning off extra energy! We kindly ask that you clean up after your pet during potty breaks. Poop bags are provided for your convenience.
